About the Role
As our Manager of HR Technology, you will take ownership of Sitecore's global HR systems, including Workday and Jobvite, driving the day-to-day execution, architecture, and transformation of our HR tech stack. This is a highly hands-on role where you will implement solutions that meet business needs while directly managing systems, integrations, and data processes. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that our HR systems operate efficiently and scale as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Execute and deliver solutions to optimize our HR tech stack, focusing on immediate business demands with clear, actionable outcomes.
- Oversee daily operations and tactical execution of Workday, Jobvite, and other HR systems, ensuring that systems run smoothly and integrations meet business needs.
- Actively manage system configurations, upgrades, and integrations to support HR program deliverables.
- Collaborate closely with the IT department to ensure that HR systems align with technology guidelines, policies, and security protocols.
- Serve as the go-to point of contact between HR and IT for module deployment and global requirements.
- Responsible for data and reporting across P&C and ensure data accuracy through regular auditing of HR data, maintaining data integrity at all times.
- Identify, evaluate, and implement AI and automation capabilities within HR technology platforms to drive efficiency, scalability, and data-driven outcomes.
- Partner with the Head of HR Operations to implement technology improvements, focusing on automation and process efficiency.
- Lead and participate in hands-on HR projects that involve systems, business processes, and tech integrations, ensuring smooth execution to meet business goals.
What You Need to Succeed
- Extensive experience in HRIS, with deep hands-on expertise in Workday, HR technology, data and reporting management, and integrations.
- Strong ability to manage day-to-day system operations while driving continuous process improvement.
- Experience with hands-on execution, from strategy to delivery, in fast-paced, global environments.
- A proactive, collaborative approach to problem-solving, with a focus on execution and delivering tangible results.
- Excellent organizational skills with a focus on detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
