  • Sitecore is seeking a Manager, Global Collections to lead our collections team. Global Collections focuses on Sitecore’s most important asset – its cash - ensuring that we collect what our customers owe in a collaborative, professional, but firm manner
  • Manage and develop a global team of collectors based in the USA, Europe and Asia
  • Own the performance of the team and continually assess it using a range of metrics, analysing and recommending improvements
  • Build relationships with other areas of the business (billings, sales, tax, legal, order operations) to improve collections efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop a strategy for how the team operates as AI becomes more prevalent
