  • Provide concise, decision‑ready reporting to senior leaders on material disputes, regulatory risks, and remediation progress.
  • Manage outside counsel, strategy, budgets, staffing, and performance, and strengthen playbooks and escalation processes across the business.

What Success Looks Like:

  • Material matters receive early, practical risk assessments and clear ownership.
  • Senior leaders receive concise recommendations and understand the available decisions and trade‑offs.
  • Outside counsel is used strategically, with disciplined budgets and accountability.
  • Disputes, investigations, license compliance matters, and new regulatory obligations are handled consistently across jurisdictions.

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience managing complex matters from early assessment through resolution and developing litigation strategy, settlement posture, and executive recommendations.

  • Sound knowledge of legal holds, document preservation, privilege, confidentiality, discovery, and sensitive communications.
  • A record of translating legal requirements into practical business processes and partnering effectively with cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with high ownership and attention to detail.
  • A practical, collaborative approach and the credibility to build trust with senior leaders.
  • Based in Dublin or London, with the right to work in the applicable jurisdiction and willingness to travel occasionally.

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:
