  • Develop and maintain strong global employment foundations, including handbooks, template documentation, onboarding materials, and related processes, working with local counsel where needed.
  • Partner with People and business leaders on employment‑related compliance and organisational change initiatives, helping identify risk, design practical controls, and drive implementation through completion.
  • Advise on employment aspects of corporate transactions, commercial arrangements, and business changes where workforce transition, integration, or employee risk is relevant.
  • Lead and continue to mature Sitecore’s global ethics and compliance programme, including policies, training, governance, and key controls.
  • Own compliance governance and programme management, including documentation, audit readiness, remediation tracking, and reporting on key themes, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee investigations governance across integrity and workplace matters, including intake, triage, routing, escalation protocols, documentation standards, and coordination across Legal, HR, Privacy, Security, and other functions as needed.
  • Oversee integrity‑related elements of third‑party risk, including screening, due diligence, monitoring, remediation pathways, and the conflicts of interest disclosure programme.
  • Partner closely with the Data Protection team, Security, and other stakeholders on privacy, AI‑adjacent, and regulatory issues arising in employment, compliance, investigations, cross‑border data handling, and retention practices.
  • Manage outside counsel and other external advisers across employment, compliance, and related regulatory matters.
  • Support customer, partner, and internal integrity commitments, including compliance questionnaires, certifications, audits, and executive or Board‑level reporting where required.
  • Lead, develop, and scale a high‑performing global team.

What You Need to Succeed

  • Significant post‑qualification experience in employment law and corporate ethics and compliance, gained in‑house and/or at a top‑tier law firm, with meaningful experience supporting international businesses across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong employment law expertise, with experience handling complex and sensitive matters across a broad range of jurisdictions and business settings.
  • Proven experience building, leading, or materially improving compliance programmes in a practical, business‑focused way.
  • Experience leading teams and developing talent in a global environment.
  • Experience partnering with Privacy or Data Protection teams on workforce and compliance‑related privacy matters, including investigations, records management, incident response, regulatory inquiries, and cross‑border data issues.
  • Experience bringing structure and sound judgment to fast‑moving, ambiguous, or high‑stakes situations.
  • Strong communication skills, executive presence, and the judgment to work effectively with senior leaders and cross‑functional partners.
  • High ownership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with pace and discipline.
  • A collaborative, practical, and solutions‑oriented approach, with the credibility to build trust across functions and levels.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Based in Dublin or London, with the right to work in the applicable jurisdiction.

  • Experience implementing or overseeing third‑party screening, diligence, or KYC‑related frameworks and tools.
  • Experience owning and refreshing global codes of conduct, policies, and training programmes.
  • Experience leading handbook harmonisation, template standardisation, and working time compliance assessments across jurisdictions.
  • Experience selecting and managing external providers, including training, immigration, and investigation support vendors.
