- Lead and independently manage M&A and other corporate transaction workstreams, including diligence, structuring support, NDAs, engagement letters, signing and closing deliverables, corporate approvals and post‑closing integration matters, while effectively coordinating and driving external counsel and other advisors.
- Drive complex cross‑functional legal initiatives involving Finance, Tax, Treasury, People, Procurement, Global Workplace and other business teams, ensuring clear ownership, timely execution and practical legal support.
- Review and support real estate and workplace‑related matters, including leases, amendments and related documentation, working closely with the People and Global Workplace teams.
- Support Legal budget, vendor and outside counsel management, including tracking spend, maintaining budget materials and coordinating with Procurement, AP, Accounting and FP&A as needed.

What You Need to Succeed:
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant law firm and/or in‑house experience in corporate law, including M&A, corporate transactions and multinational governance matters.
- Ability to independently manage complex legal workstreams, drive execution and balance competing priorities in a fast‑paced, global environment.
