About the Role: Sitecore is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field & Partner Marketing Manager to lead Net New demand generation across Europe. This role is pivotal in driving pipeline creation through integrated field and partner marketing strategies, aligned with our regional go-to-market (GTM) priorities.

As Field & Partner Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing multi-channel marketing programs that accelerate new customer acquisition, working closely with sales, partner, and campaign teams. You will be entrepreneurial, data-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Define and execute the Net New demand generation strategy for Europe, aligned with regional GTM and ABM priorities
  • Build integrated field and partner marketing plans that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion across target accounts
  • Deliver pipeline targets in partnership with regional sales leadership and business development teams
  • Leverage partner ecosystems to amplify campaigns and scale reach into new markets.
  • Collaborate with the Partner Business Manager (PBM) to identify strategic partners and co-develop joint marketing plans
  • Localise and activate global campaigns, tailoring messaging and tactics to regional audiences
  • Own execution of field events, webinars, and digital programs that support Net New acquisition
  • Track and report on campaign performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI using Sitecore dashboards
  • Continuously optimise programs based on data insights and stakeholder feedback.
  • Partner with Corporate Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales Enablement to ensure alignment and resource utilization
  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales and partner teams, providing marketing guidance and support

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Demonstrable marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software
  • Proven success in field and partner marketing roles with a focus on Net New pipeline creation
  • Strong understanding of ABM, intent data, and funnel acceleration strategies
  • Experience working with partner ecosystems and managing MDF programs
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics platforms

Additional Skills That Could Set You Apart:

  • Vertical and/or SaaS marketing experience
  • Experience using 6sense
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages a plus
