About the Role: Sitecore is building a content strategy team focused on telling better customer stories, and we're looking for a Content Strategist to help make that happen. You'll write and develop content that explains our products in a clear, engaging way and supports marketing campaigns, product launches, and other key initiatives. Working with teams across Marketing, Product, Brand, and Creative, you'll help create content that connects with customers wherever they find us. If you're a strong writer who's curious, collaborative, and excited by how AI is changing content creation and discovery, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills and make an impact.
What You’ll Do:
- Create compelling, customer-focused content across a variety of formats — including blog posts, eBooks, web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, case studies, advertising, social media, and event content—that supports Sitecore's marketing objectives and brand voice.
- Contribute to the development of messaging strategies and narrative frameworks by translating business objectives, product positioning, and customer insights into engaging stories across campaigns and channels.
- Translate complex technology into clear, compelling content that helps customers understand the value of Sitecore's solutions and inspires action.
- Partner closely with Product Marketing, Brand, Creative, Demand Generation, and other cross-functional teams to create content that supports product launches, campaigns, thought leadership, and customer engagement.
- Write concise, persuasive copy for paid digital campaigns (including display, search, social, and other advertising channels) that captures attention, communicates value quickly, and drives action.
- Apply and help refine Sitecore's messaging frameworks to ensure consistency across marketing channels and throughout the customer journey.
- Create content that performs for both human audiences and intelligent systems, applying best practices for discoverability across AI-powered search, LLMs, traditional search engines, and digital experiences.
- Track projects independently, manage multiple priorities, and consistently deliver high-quality work on time using project management tools such as Asana.
What You Need to Succeed:
- 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, editorial, journalism, communications, or B2B technology marketing.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences, formats, and channels.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, customer-focused content.
- Understanding of messaging, brand positioning, and how content supports awareness, consideration, and demand generation throughout the buyer journey.
- Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and an interest in how AI-powered search and generative AI are changing content creation, discovery, and optimization.
- Strong copywriting skills with experience creating compelling ad copy and campaign messaging that drives engagement, clicks, and conversions across digital channels.
- Excellent project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
- Experience using AI writing and productivity tools responsibly to improve efficiency while maintaining originality, accuracy, and brand integrity.
