Purpose:

To proactively support our client network with professionalism and with a key focus on providing high quality administrative support to Sales Team.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, processing and placing orders and creatively solving problems independently delivering quick responses to customer queries.
  • Following up sales leads, quotes and sample drops with customers.
  • Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.
  • Maintaining company customer database.
  • Answering incoming calls with professional and efficient manner at all times.
  • Assisting in processes and procedures for the Sales team.
  • To complete all relevant paperwork in a professional like manner on time, every time.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be punctual and work the hours and times specified.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure work of the greatest importance to the business is undertaken with urgency and to a high standard.
  • Support and help develop a positive workplace culture.
  • Undertake all duties and responsibilities outlined in this job description and all other duties as required by the business.

Candidate Requirements:
