Purpose
To proactively support our client network with professionalism and with a key focus on providing high quality administrative support to Sales Team.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage customer enquiries via phone and email, processing and placing orders and creatively solving problems independently delivering quick responses to customer queries.
- Following up sales leads, quotes and sample drops with customers.
- Processing all customer related admin on the same day received.
- Maintaining company customer database.
- Answering incoming calls with professional and efficient manner at all times.
- Assisting in processes and procedures for the Sales team.
- To complete all relevant paperwork in a professional like manner on time, every time.
