This is a full‑time role based in Clitheroe, Lancashire. The Senior Surveyor will lead and execute complex survey projects, assist with managing a team of surveyors, and oversee the delivery of accurate survey data to clients.

- Effective communication and client management skills, with experience in delivering professional reports and consultation
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining compliance with PAS 128, RICS, and CDM 2015 standards
- Qualifications in Surveying, Engineering, Geospatial Science, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working within tier 1 construction or infrastructure supply chains is advantageous
