Siteskills is looking for a reliable Multi Trader to join our client reactive maintenance team across London. Our client is a growing, family-run business with big plans, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a close team.

What you will be doing:

  • Carrying out reactive repairs and general maintenance in private rented properties across London
  • Aiming for first-time fix wherever possible
  • Completing clear job updates and reports after each visit
  • Liaising with the office or manager for advice and approval before carrying out any additional works
  • Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and leaving each property in good working order

What we are looking for:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar multi-trade role
  • Strong skills across a mix of trades, including:
    • Basic plumbing
    • Basic electrics
    • General handyman repairs
    • Small carpentry
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Pro-active, reliable, and confident working independently
  • Good communication and customer manner
  • Able to use a PDA / job management app
