Independent recruitment agency for niche temporary Construction and Engineering operatives is seeking an experienced Resourcer to join a busy team delivering blue-collar operatives to passive fire prevention projects all around the UK.
Recruitment Resourcer Key duties will include:
- Resourcing of temp Blue-Collar T&L workers.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
- Resourcing candidates via database, job boards, and referrals.
- Checking workers have the correct certificates (CSCS/PPE).
- Creating a shortlist of candidates for requirements.
