Siteskills is looking for a reliable Multi Trader to join our client reactive maintenance team across London. Our client is a growing, family-run business with big plans, and we are looking for someone who takes pride in doing the job properly, communicates well, and enjoys being part of a close team.
What you will be doing:
- Carrying out reactive repairs and general maintenance in private rented properties across London
- Aiming for first-time fix wherever possible
- Completing clear job updates and reports after each visit
- Liaising with the office or manager for advice and approval before carrying out any additional works
- Keeping work areas safe, tidy, and leaving each property in good working order
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in property maintenance or a similar multi-trade role
- Strong skills across a mix of trades, including:
- Basic plumbing
- Basic electrics
- General handyman repairs
- Small carpentry
