We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Administrator based on-site at Heathrow Airport to support a dynamic electrical project team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to vital infrastructure projects within a renowned industry setting. Start date: Immediate. Contract duration: 6 months fixed term Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 pa FTE Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week This role is supporting the Senior Project Manager so previous experience in a similar role is essential. You will need strong organisational skills, experience with diary management and minute-taking and a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multi-faceted project demands. Duties will include but are not limited to: Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring smooth onboarding for new starters Following up with agencies on recruitment needs Adhoc tasks such as job description formatting, payment information updates and employee communications. Support project administration tasks such as resource updates, documentation, meeting scheduling, and minute-taking for key project meetings Assist with reporting, audit preparation, and stakeholder communications relating to project progress and HR support activities Supporting the Senior Project Manager with diary coordination, project updates and reports.
