We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Administrator based on-site at Heathrow Airport to support a dynamic electrical project team. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to vital infrastructure projects within a renowned industry setting.
Start date: Immediate.
Contract duration: 6 months fixed term
Salary: £50,000 - £53,000 pa FTE
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
This role is supporting the Senior Project Manager so previous experience in a similar role is essential. You will need strong organisational skills, experience with diary management and minute-taking and a good ability to work in a fast-paced environment supporting multi-faceted project demands.
Duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinate recruitment activities, onboarding, and induction processes, ensuring smooth onboarding for new starters
- Following up with agencies on recruitment needs
- Adhoc tasks such as job description formatting, payment information updates and employee communications.
- Support project administration tasks such as resource updates, documentation, meeting scheduling, and minute-taking for key project meetings
- Assist with reporting, audit preparation, and stakeholder communications relating to project progress and HR support activities
- Supporting the Senior Project Manager with diary coordination, project updates and reports.
