Overview

The Principal Product Manager for iGaming is a strategic role responsible for defining and executing Paysafe’s product strategy across the global regulated gaming industry. This role owns the end-to-end product vision spanning both the merchant ecosystem (operators, gaming platforms, affiliates, and payment partners) and the consumer experience (players, wallets, alternative payment methods, and payout experiences). Operating at the intersection of payments, regulation, and digital entertainment, this leader will shape how players fund and withdraw from gaming accounts while enabling operators to maximize conversion, payment performance, and global reach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Product Leadership: Define and own the long-term product strategy for Paysafe’s iGaming ecosystem, covering both operator payment capabilities and player financial experiences. Develop a clear product vision that enables frictionless global deposits and withdrawals for gaming operators while delivering seamless funding and payout experiences for players.
  • iGaming Industry Expertise: Serve as the internal domain expert on the regulated gaming ecosystem, including online casinos, sportsbooks, betting platforms, and gambling operators. Translate industry trends into product opportunities across deposits, payouts, wallet experiences, fraud management, and payment optimization.
  • End-to-End Ecosystem Ownership: Lead product initiatives that span the entire payment journey from player funding through operator settlement and player withdrawals, ensuring a cohesive and optimized payment experience.
  • Cross-Functional Alignment and Executive Influence: Act as a senior partner to Engineering, Architecture, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Commercial leadership to drive alignment on large product initiatives.
  • Complex Program Leadership: Lead large cross-team programs that deliver mission-critical capabilities for the gambling ecosystem.
  • Technical & Platform Leadership: Partner closely with engineering and architecture leaders to evolve the payment platform supporting gaming operators and player payment journeys.
  • Thought Leadership & Organizational Impact: Mentor product managers and elevate product management practices across the organization.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of product management experience with a strong track record of leading complex platform or ecosystem products.
  • Deep experience in iGaming, online gambling, sports betting, or regulated digital gaming ecosystems.
  • Strong expertise in payments, fintech, wallets, or digital transaction platforms.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance considerations in gambling payments.
  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive strategic alignment.
  • Strong technical fluency with APIs, payment infrastructure, platform architecture, and partner integrations.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience mentoring product managers and shaping product organizations.
