We’re building our maintenance team ahead of peak season and need another mechanic to keep the fleet moving. This is different to working in a customer-facing dealership or garage. You are repairing and maintaining our fleet of vehicles.
This is a hands-on role, primarily focused on vehicles, servicing, fault-finding, and keeping them compliant and reliable day-to-day. Alongside vehicles, there is additional work across trailers, generators, and welfare units, plus breakdown support and event work during the summer.
The role:
- Servicing and maintaining fleet vehicles
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Preparing vehicles for MOT and inspections
- Preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Attending breakdowns when required (company van provided)
- Supporting wider equipment when needed
- Completing job records and maintaining compliance standards via a workshop app

Requirements:
- Time-served mechanic or NVQ Level 2+
