Mechanic / Fleet Technician Location: Lasham (Alton) Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Overtime + On-Call + Event Work (OTE 42.5K PA)
We're building our maintenance team ahead of peak season and need another mechanic to keep the fleet moving. This is a hands-on role, primarily focused on vehicles, servicing, fault-finding, and keeping them compliant and reliable day to day. Alongside vehicles, there is additional work across trailers, generators, and welfare units, plus breakdown support and event work during the summer.
The role
- Servicing and maintaining fleet vehicles
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs
- Preparing vehicles for MOT and inspections
- Preventative maintenance to reduce downtime
- Attending breakdowns when required (company van provided)
- Supporting wider equipment when needed
- Completing job records and maintaining compliance standards via a workshop app

Requirements
- Time-served mechanic or NVQ Level 2+
