Youll support the Senior Kitchen Manager to lead day-to-day operations, manage a large brigade, and deliver consistent quality in a fast-paced setting all without the late nights or split shifts. What Youll Be Doing: Leading and motivating a kitchen team of up to 40 Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training Keeping food quality consistent and on spec Managing kitchen budgets and food costs Driving standards in food hygiene and health & safety Supporting service delivery, rotas, and team culture Creating a kitchen the team is proud to work in What Were Looking For: Experience in high-volume kitchens (buffet, hotel, or military background ideal) Level 3 Food Safety qualification A proactive, hands-on team leader Strong understanding of kitchen operations, cost control, and compliance Passion for delivering great food and developing great people Ready for the Next Step?
