About the Role

We live by a value called 'Getting Stuck In' and this role is built for those who love rolling up their sleeves and making a difference wherever they go. Location: Skegness, PE25. As a Multi-Zone Team Member, you'll help create amazing experiences for our guests by working across different parts of the resort:

  • Mondays and Fridays: You'll support our housekeeping team, making sure guest spaces are clean, fresh and ready for unforgettable holidays.
  • Other days: You'll rotate into departments like Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Sports or Leisure. Wherever your energy is needed most.

You'll be hands-on, guest-facing, and right at the heart of the action; no two shifts are the same, and that's what makes it exciting.

The Details

This is a temporary role with the opportunity to go permanent based on performance and availability. You'll need to be flexible to work weekdays and weekends. Shifts include afternoons, evenings, and occasional early mornings. Live-in roles may be available if relocating (18+).
