Are you passionate about helping buyers find their dream home? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a quality-driven, multi-award-winning housebuilder renowned for their attention to detail, customer care, and exceptional developments across West Central Scotland. Based on a flagship site in West Central Scotland, you’ll play a key role in guiding customers through every stage of the new homes sales journey – from first enquiry to handing over the keys. What You’ll Be Doing Managing the sales process for new homes on a busy, high-profile development Building rapport with potential buyers and providing an outstanding customer experience Liaising with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and internal teams to ensure smooth completions Maintaining accurate records and following company sales procedures Working weekends as part of your standard rota (with two consecutive days off midweek) What We’re Looking For Experience in new homes sales (with a national or regional housebuilder) A confident, professional, and customer-focused approach Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A passion for quality and pride in representing a premium brand Full UK driving licence and your own transport What’s on Offer Competitive basic salary of £28,000 – £30,000 £1,500 annual car allowance + 45p mileage On-site commission structure rewarding performance Opportunity to represent an award‑winning, 5‑star builder with genuine career growth potential 📩 Interested?
