A highly regarded 5-star housebuilder is looking to appoint an experienced Sales Manager / Field Sales Manager to support and drive sales performance across developments in and around Glasgow. This is a varied, hands-on role split between head office and multiple live sites, working closely with site teams and senior management to maximise reservations, conversions, and customer experience.
The Role
- Oversee and support sales performance across multiple developments
- Coach, motivate, and develop on-site Sales Advisors
- Drive reservations, exchanges, and completions in line with targets
- Monitor sales data, forecasts, and market trends
- Ensure brand standards and 5-star customer service levels are consistently met
- Act as a key link between head office and site sales teams
- Support launches of new developments and marketing initiatives
The Person
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or Field Sales role within housebuilding or new homes
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Commercially astute with a results-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Flexible and happy to travel between sites and head office
- Passionate about customer experience and quality delivery
What’s on Offer
- Competitive basic salary of £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
