Site Angels is working in partnership with a leading national housebuilder to recruit an experienced Contracts Manager for its West Central Scotland region.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and highly regarded business with a strong pipeline of residential developments.

The successful candidate will oversee multiple sites, supporting the site management teams and ensuring each development is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful delivery of multiple residential developments
  • Lead, support and develop Site Managers and their wider teams
  • Monitor site performance against programme, budget and quality targets
  • Ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained
  • Work closely with commercial, technical, sales and customer care teams
  • Identify and resolve operational issues to keep developments on programme
  • Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers and key stakeholders
  • Carry out regular site visits, reviews and progress meetings
  • Ensure developments meet company standards and customer expectations

  • Previous experience as a Contracts Manager within housebuilding
  • A strong background in residential site management
  • Experience overseeing multiple developments simultaneously
  • Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage programmes effectively
  • A consistent track record of delivering high-quality residential developments
  • Thorough knowledge of health and safety requirements
  • A full UK driving licence
