Are you a proactive and organised administrator who wants to support a busy estimating team in a growing contractor environment? We're recruiting for an Estimating Administrator to support the Estimating Manager of a well-established refurbishment and fit‑out contractor with a turnover of around £4 million and multiple live projects.
Your Role
- Assist the Estimating Manager with tender enquiries and submissions
- Upload and manage tender documentation and associated correspondence
- Liaise with suppliers/sub‑contractors to collect pricing and scope responses
- Maintain and update project folders, trackers and databases
- Provide general estimation‑team administration and co‑ordination
You Bring
- Strong organisational and document‑control skills
- Comfortable using Excel and document management systems such as Conquest (training can be provided)
- Previous experience in construction administration, estimating support, bid coordination (or interest in moving into that space)
- High attention to detail, ability to work to deadlines and a collaborative, can‑do attitude
