An established contractor is looking to appoint experienced Site Managers to support a strong pipeline of upcoming projects across Edinburgh. The Role:

You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing site teams, subcontractors and trades
  • Driving programme and ensuring key milestones are met
  • Maintaining high standards of health & safety
  • Overseeing quality control and site inspections
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and internal teams
  • Managing site documentation and reporting

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within construction
  • Experience delivering care home, residential or similar projects
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and drive programme
  • SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid (preferred)
