You’ll support the Site Manager in the day-to-day running of the development, helping to ensure homes are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting site operations from groundworks through to handover
- Managing subcontractors and ensuring quality standards are met
- Driving health & safety on site
- Assisting with programme and delivery targets
- Conducting inspections and snagging
- Maintaining strong relationships with the wider team and customers
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in a similar role within new build housing
- Strong understanding of NHBC standards
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- SMSTS/SSSTS, CSCS and First Aid desirable
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and progress
