Job Description
This is a functional finance role supporting the Finance Management team assigned to a strategic project.
The role focuses on tracking actuals and forecasts, managing goods receipt and invoice linkage, and ensuring financial controls are maintained.
You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to support reporting, reconciliation, and system-based tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Track actuals vs. forecast for project budgets and report variances.
- Support monthly and quarterly financial reviews and updates.
- Monitor goods receipt and ensure proper linkage to invoicing.
- Reconcile financial data and support audit readiness.
- Use SAP to self-serve financial data and generate reports.
- Maintain documentation and support compliance with financial controls.
- Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to ensure alignment.
- Required Skills
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
- Good understanding of finance processes and controls.
