Purpose: Lead the definition, build‑out and growth of SITA’s Total Airport Management (TAM) Transformation & Services business in Airport BU, establishing a new team in a key strategic growth area and owning the end‑to‑end service model across TAM adoption, operating model transformation and data services to enable airports to realise measurable value from TAM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Leadership, Strategy & Performance: Define the TAM services strategy, operating model and performance framework with TAM Product & Innovation to deliver the overall TAM strategy. Own TAM services business performance, including revenue, profitability, pipeline and customer value realisation. Build and lead a centrally managed, globally distributed TAM services team.
  • Business Development & Customer Engagement: Lead go‑to‑market, pipeline development and contracted services growth for TAM transformation and managed data services. Shape customer opportunities, business cases and commercial models that accelerate TAM adoption and services growth.
  • Service Delivery & Customer Value Realisation: Lead delivery of TAM transformation, AI‑enabled use cases and managed data services to agreed quality, performance and commercial commitments. Drive customer adoption, value realisation and continuous improvement across delivered services.
  • Transformation, Adoption & Market Leadership: Lead TAM‑enabled transformation and adoption services with airport executives and senior stakeholders. Strengthen SITA’s market position through successful transformation, customer adoption and value realisation for TAM solutions and services.
  • Matrix Leadership & Organisational Collaboration: Work in lockstep with TAM Product & Innovation team to deliver the overall TAM strategy across product, transformation, adoption and data services.

Qualifications:

  • ~10 years’ experience in airport operations, transformation, business, technology or related leadership roles.
  • Deep understanding of airport operations, airport business models and the operational, commercial and ecosystem dynamics that shape airport performance and transformation priorities.
  • Proven experience leading transformation, adoption and value realisation programmes.
  • Strong commercial and business leadership experience, including P&L ownership, go‑to‑market, pipeline growth, revenue expansion, margin management and contracted services delivery.
  • Experience building and leading centrally managed, globally distributed teams.
