ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM This graduate role is part of SITA Borders' Talent Accelerator 12-Month Graduate Programme in the UK. You will work on business-critical projects across Marketing, Project Management and Business Operations, supporting teams with analysis, customer-facing material, reporting, process improvement and project execution. The programme gives you structured exposure to high-value project work and hands-on development. Strong performers will have the opportunity to progress into a second year of deeper specialisation and qualification through our apprenticeship pathway — building the foundations for a long-term career in SITA Borders.
WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Graduate in the UK, you will support and own project activities across Marketing, Delivery and Business Operations, working with project managers, functional leads and the programme lead. Your exact work will depend on the projects you are assigned to, but examples include:
- Supporting consulting projects, such as developing customer-facing materials, conducting research and analysis, and translating complex information into clear recommendations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
- Supporting business operations, such as internal comms, KPI tracking, cascade materials and automated reporting.
- Contributing to delivery projects, such as customer project support, lessons learned and PMO activities.
- Supporting the development of customer-facing and internal communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, reports and engagement content.
- Conducting market, customer and competitor research to support business planning, marketing activities and strategic decision-making.
- Building dashboards, reporting tools and data-driven insights to track business performance and support leadership decision-making.
- Supporting project governance activities, including action tracking, risk management, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, capturing lessons learned and helping standardise processes, templates and ways of working.
- Assisting with the planning and execution of customer, partner and industry events to strengthen market awareness and stakeholder engagement.
- Using AI-enabled tools to support content, documentation and process improvement.
- Turning analysis into clear, structured recommendations for stakeholders.
WHO YOU ARE EXPERIENCE Maximum of 2 years of professional work experience after graduation. Internships, university clubs, volunteering or similar initiatives are valued, particularly in consulting, marketing, delivery, operations, project management or business environments, but not a must-have.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving and ability to turn information into clear outputs. Interest in marketing, project delivery, business operations, analytics, technology, AI-enabled process improvement or aviation/borders topics. Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work with stakeholders across local and global teams. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power BI, data analysis or AI productivity tools is a plus.
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS BSc and/or MSc in Business, Project Management, Marketing, Finance, Economics or equivalent fields aligned to Project Management, Marketing or Business Operations. Minimum completed BSc degree.
