ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM This graduate role is part of SITA Borders' Talent Accelerator 12-Month Graduate Programme in the UK. You will work on business-critical projects across Bids/Pre-sales & Commercial, supporting teams with conducting analysis, creating business cases and process improvement. The programme gives you structured exposure to high-value project work and hands-on development. Strong performers will have the opportunity to progress into a second year of deeper specialisation and qualification through our apprenticeship pathway — building the foundations for a long-term career in SITA Borders.

WHAT YOU WILL DO As a Graduate in the UK, you will support and own project activities across Consulting, Bids/Pre-sales and Commercial, working with project managers, functional leads and the programme lead. Your exact work will depend on the projects you are assigned to, but examples include:

  • Assisting with consulting projects, such as developing customer-facing materials, conducting research and analysis, and translating complex information into clear recommendations and deliverables for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Conducting research and analysis to strengthen bid responses, customer presentations and business cases.
  • Building and maintaining reusable bid assets, knowledge repositories and proposal content libraries to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Supporting active customer opportunities by coordinating information, tracking actions and helping ensure high-quality proposal submissions.
  • Analysing market trends, customer requirements and competitor activities to identify opportunities to strengthen SITA Borders' competitive position.
  • Helping identify and implement AI-enabled improvements that accelerate bid development, commercial analysis and knowledge management.
  • Supporting the development of commercial models, pricing strategies and financial analyses that underpin customer proposals and investment decisions.
  • Turning analysis into clear, structured recommendations for stakeholders.

WHO YOU ARE EXPERIENCE Maximum of 2 years of professional work experience after graduation. Internships, university clubs, volunteering or similar initiatives are valued, particularly in consulting, commercial, bids or business environments, but not a must-have.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving and ability to turn information into clear outputs. Interest in commercial activity, bids/pre-sales, analytics, technology, AI-enabled process improvement or aviation/borders topics. Good communication skills, attention to detail and ability to work with stakeholders across local and global teams. Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools; experience with Power BI, data analysis or AI productivity tools is a plus.

EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS BSc and/or MSc in Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Accounting or equivalent fields aligned to Commercial or Bidding. Minimum completed BSc degree.
