Purpose
Lead and grow the Airport BU MSI service practice. Work collaboratively with GEOs and key SITA business areas and stakeholders to achieve commercial performance targets and develop the MSI business strategically. The role shapes demand, accelerates high‑quality MSI pipeline growth, and positions SITA as the trusted partner for complex, multi‑vendor airport ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the MSI market development and performance leadership by aligning pipeline priorities with GEO teams, supporting opportunity development, and providing executive visibility on pipeline performance and strategic progress.
- Drive early engagement with airports, designers, and other industry stakeholders to shape complex airport programmes and position SITA for MSI opportunities prior to formal procurement.
- Support GEOs on customer engagements and bids to drive MSI sales and revenue, establish structured MSI frameworks, benchmarking, and commercial discipline that improves bid quality and win strategies.
- Assist GEO teams on priority airport programmes by providing MSI expertise, solution leadership, and integration strategy to improve delivery confidence and reduce execution risk.
- Establish and maintain the global MSI knowledge framework, including methodologies, architectures, standards, and reusable assets for consistent, high‑quality programme design and delivery across regions.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships with designers, constructors, architects, and technology providers to enhance SITA’s market positioning in complex airport transformation programmes and support thought leadership in industry forums.
Qualifications
10+ years’ experience leading complex technology, integration, consulting, or infrastructure programmes. Experience supporting large‑scale infrastructure or airport development/transformation programmes (greenfield or major expansion).
