The Role

As a senior manager within the team, you'll be at the heart of client strategy and campaign delivery, ensuring every account runs seamlessly while identifying opportunities to elevate brands and grow relationships.

  • Oversee a portfolio of luxury drinks and experiential clients, maintaining a clear 360° view across all activity and ensuring exceptional delivery at every stage.
  • Develop and execute creative PR, social media, and influencer campaigns that generate impact, conversation, and measurable results.
  • Build trusted client partnerships, providing strategic counsel and confidently guiding stakeholders through opportunities and challenges.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven PR agency experience at Senior Account Manager level, or the ambition and capability to step up into an Account Director position.
  • Outstanding communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories, engaging social content, and polished client communications.
  • Strong media relations experience and an instinct for identifying newsworthy angles, cultural moments, and reactive opportunities.
  • Creative thinking and a proactive mindset, bringing fresh ideas for campaigns, influencer partnerships, press office activity, and brand storytelling.
  • Excellent client management skills, with the confidence to advise, influence, and build lasting relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of agency operations, account growth, and resource planning.
