We're looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Customer Implementation Manager to join our Operations & Customer Success team on an 18-month maternity cover contract.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys managing multiple projects, working closely with customers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery from onboarding through to ongoing support.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Customer Implementation Manager, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless experience throughout their journey with SISU Health.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Customer Onboarding & Implementation
  • Coordinating successful onboarding and implementation projects for new and existing customers.
  • Scheduling health station installations and customer launch activities.
  • Managing implementation timelines and key milestones.
  • Working closely with customers and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Customer Support & Service Delivery
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customer enquiries and operational support.
  • Managing support requests and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Supporting customers throughout their lifecycle to deliver an exceptional experience.
  • Platform & System Administration
  • Configuring customer accounts and operational systems.
  • Supporting the ongoing administration of customer platforms and services.
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and implementation documentation.
  • Reporting & Insights
  • Producing customer reports and utilisation data.
  • Supporting customer review meetings with reporting and presentation materials.
  • Analysing customer feedback and identifying opportunities for service improvements.
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Working collaboratively with Operations, Sales, Product and Customer Success teams.
  • Supporting process improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.

About You

We're looking for someone who is proactive, organised and passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You'll ideally have

✅ Experience within implementation, onboarding, customer success, service delivery, operations or project coordination.

✅ Excellent organisational and time management skills.

✅ Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

✅ Experience using Microsoft 365 and CRM or operational systems.

✅ A high level of attention to detail and problem-solving capability.

✅ The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
