Day to day:
- Develop and deliver a customer target strategy for corporate clients with employee health and wellbeing solutions.
- Drive results across the sales funnel, employing a test-and-learn approach for awareness, conversion, and retention.
- Use various methodologies to generate leads and qualified meetings, focusing on email marketing, web, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
- Contribute to the content marketing plan through our website, social media, and partner channels.
- Attend tradeshows and exhibitions, ensuring SLA-based follow-up of leads for revenue conversion.
Key Requirements:
- Customer centric, commercial and results driven mindset.
- Familiarity with health tech solutions or software-related offerings is desirable.
- Network of contacts in public health, ICBs, NHS Trusts and other associated organisations.
- Proficiency with CRM, ideally Hubspot for successful outbound sales campaigns.
- Expertise in automation tools for scalable lead generation.
- You are proficient in leveraging LinkedIn for lead generation, networking, and establishing strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in handling data and analytics.
- You have a collaborative working style with excellent communication & presentation skills both written and verbal.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
