We are searching for a creative, intuitive and hard-working Social Media Manager that is looking for an amazing opportunity to join a high-growth brand with huge scope to help bring new ideas and projects to life. We want to find an individual that is highly ambitious, has an excellent eye for pop culture, fashion and trends, and top-tier content creation skills. This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 4+ years experience in a creative or social content-centric role, with some experience in team leadership and management. You will be expected to work from our office and studios located near Chester on a Mon – Fri basis. This role will be working amongst a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. What You Will Do:
- Execute an innovative and creative social strategy, reporting into our Head of Social.
- Plan and execute content creation on a day-to-day basis to a high standard, with a true understanding of the brand and creative direction.
- Confidently evolve concept ideas, generated from market research and creative inspiration, providing a unique and industry leading outcome.
- Be hyper-reactive to social and brand moments, with a think-out-the-box attitude.
- Live and breathe social media both personally and professionally, staying up to date with the latest pop culture and social trends to create content that drives followers and site traffic.
- Create content on photoshoots to be used across organic and paid social.
- Provide data reports on a weekly basis to the Head of Social, who will report into the Directors with platform insights.
- Attend OOH community events to participate and gather content.
- Delegate, organise and mentor assistants and interns within the team, ensuring high performance and creativity.
- Collaborate closely with our Influencer Marketing team to align creators and content briefs with social strategy and plans.
- Build and nurture relationships with key industry stakeholders to broaden brand visibility and instil excellent reputation.
- Act as a point of contact for any social problems or crisis management, with fast-acting resolution skills.
We are looking for someone with:
- 4+ years proven experience in a previous fast-paced creative role, with responsibility over others and with high standard expectations.
- Experience in a Social Media position within a social-first brand previously would be preferred.
- A meticulous eye for detail and an artistic flair for creating content, with the ability to spot things that others may miss.
