As Senior Social Media Executive, our chosen candidate will report to our Social Media Manager and work closely with the brand Creative Directors, taking responsibility for creative ideation & planning for our social channels (particularly Instagram) and bringing to life innovative social assets.

What you will do:
- Manage the daily flow of strategising content planning in line with current partnerships, campaigns and key calendar dates
- Develop and present conceptual planning and social vision during management meetings with both the Social Media Manager and Creative Directors
- Have a well-rounded and natural ability to create content in various formats, so you have the skills to create high quality content (e.g. videography, photography, art, photoshop) but also have impeccable planning and strategy skills
- Have a great imagination and creative mind, with a finger on the pulse for what our community finds engaging and exciting
- Have an eye for getting in-front of both fashion and social trends ahead of time, particularly on Instagram
- Have a natural understanding of social trends and pop-culture news, with the ability to deliver unique content through the aesthetic of our brand lens
- Put together content creation briefs, with the ability to execute your ideas from start to finish but also effectively communicate & pass these to a wider team
- Assist in identifying strengths and weaknesses in current strategies, particularly across Instagram, and use findings to push community growth across social media platforms
- Have a clear feel for the brand and our tone of voice, with a confident approach to the high standard we hold all visual creativity to
- Gather data and analytics when required, reporting to the Social Media Manager overseeing all platform strategies
- Provide clear social intelligence and inspiration, that the wider team will thrive off and utilise to spark new ideas
- Support all social marketing initiatives as and when required, with involvement in marketing activations that require social media team presence
- Have a super organised approach to all work with effective communication skills, allowing you to work well within time constraints and towards project deadlines
- Have the ability to work independently using your own initiative, but also work well within a close-knit team inside a collaborative style environment
We are looking for someone that has:
- A minimum of 3 years experience as a Creative Content/Social Media, progressing from a mid-level or senior role
- An entrepreneurial attitude towards everything social, and the ability to seek out new opportunities for the brand
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a flair for organisation and efficiency
- A brilliant creative eye and can execute high-quality content that fits with the Sisters and Seekers brand & aesthetic
- The ability to confidently give feedback to others involved in the creation process
- A willingness to learn & grow with brand
- Heightened attention to even the smallest of details, and the drive to always try and achieve the closest to a perfect outcome in all work
- The ability to work well under pressure with a can-do attitude, particularly in tight timeframes
- An understanding of influencers and industry it-persons, alongside leading brands or competitors within the social space
- A mind brimming with ideas (no matter how crazy), with the ability to then fine tune this into an achievable and adaptable social plan that aligns with current trends and pop-culture
- Experience working on and organising different projects simultaneously, within tight deadlines
