We are searching for an organised, strategic and hard-working Influencer Marketing Manager that is looking for an amazing opportunity to join a high-growth brand with huge scope to help bring new ideas and projects to life. We want to find an individual that is highly ambitious, has an excellent eye for pop culture, fashion and trends, and confidence in a people-centric role. This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 4/5 years experience in an influencer, PR or partnerships role, with some experience in team leadership and management. You will be expected to work from our office and studios located near Chester on a Mon – Fri basis.
This role will be working amongst a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We like to have fun but are always striving to be ambitious, so if you enjoy a challenge and a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you.
What you will do:
- Develop and execute influencer strategies in line with creative & brand objectives, both for UK and select areas overseas.
- Build out a high-performance team, utilising excellent leadership and mentor skills.
- Alongside the Directors, ensure KPIs are forecast, and channel performance is measured against this.
- Manage a dynamic influencer marketing budget, reviewing and allocating spend across channels and making informed recommendations for “always-on” activity.
- Manage end-to-end partnership campaigns, including brief creation and/or sign-off, negotiation, co-ordination and maintaining great long-term relationships.
- Track performance and provide data insights to continue to evolve and optimise strategy with growth.
- Communicate closely with the marketing and social teams to ensure effective collaboration and seamless execution of campaigns.
- Work closely with paid social to ensure content is being used correctly and value is maximised.
- Follow industry trends and pop-culture moments, including headhunting emerging talent that align with the brand.
- Have a broad interest in creatives both inside and outside of the fashion sector, to expand horizons with unique and genius partnerships.
- Build out a celebrity or VIP influencer strategy, leading these forms of partnership from end-to-end.
- Build and nurture relationships with key talent managers, agencies and talent directly, acting as a face of the SistersandSeekers brand.
- Report on all metrics to Directors on a weekly basis.

- 4-5 years proven experience within an influencer or partnership's role alongside some leadership or team management experience.
- A constant finger on the pulse for influencer marketing trends, pop-culture moments and broader creatives and artists.
- An excellent eye of emerging talent and personalities that align with the Seekers brand.
- A talent for foreseeing trends and being ahead of the curve.
- Best-in-class creativity and ideas, with a finger on the pulse for being original and being able to bring ideas to life with perfect delivery.
- Familiarity with influencers across various platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) and the confidence to evolve strategies across each.
- A strong sense of style both personally and from the perspective of the Seekers brand.
- Excellent literacy and visual skills.
- A strong understanding of reporting and data, that can be utilised to support strategy decisions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- A brilliant sense of humour and great, infectious energy!
