We are searching for a creative, artistic and knowledgeable Graphic Designer that is looking for an amazing opportunity to join a high-growth brand with huge scope to help bring new ideas and projects to life. We want to find an individual that is highly ambitious, has excellent attention to detail and trends, and top-tier graphic design skills.

This position is open to candidates with a minimum of 2+ years experience in a graphic design role, preferably in the fashion or beauty industry. You will be expected to work from our office and studios located near Chester on a Mon – Fri basis.

This role will be working amongst a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We like to have fun but are always striving to be ambitious, so if you enjoy a challenge and a fast-paced environment, this is the place for you.

This role will report to our Senior Graphic Designer, executing social and campaign specific creative briefs for implementation across various channels.

What you will do:

  • Execute design briefs across social and digital content, with input from conception to delivery
  • Ensure brand consistency across all projects, fulfilling briefs with creative and inspired content ideas
  • Capture the brand voice and handwriting within your work, with pop culture and humorous creative elements
  • When required, liaise between social, campaign, digital and graphic design teams to ensure projects are on track and will hit set deadlines such as product launches
  • Compose ideas and boards for creative meetings, bringing fresh ideas and suggestions to a wider team conversation that shows you have a finger on the pulse with industry developments
  • Have a true understanding of the Gen Z & Millennial customer and reflect this in your work
  • Assist with other design needs as and when the team or business requires
  • Have a clear understanding of the overall brand/social calendar to ensure the correct information is provided to customers
  • Carry out day-to-day organisational duties that allow the team to operate smoothly within your department

We'd love to meet someone with:

  • 2 or more years work experience in industry
  • Expertise with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and although not necessary to apply, any experience in motion design (PremierPro & After Effects) would be preferential
  • Experience in a fast-paced environment that is used to working to time constraints, who thrives during busy periods
  • Someone who loves to get stuck in, with the ability to work well both independently and within a team
  • Professionalism in all aspects of the role, particularly with time constraints and understanding the business or department needs
  • An impressive personal portfolio that accurately reflects talent and skill level, or alternatively experience in another similar brand to Sisters & Seekers
  • A versatile style/handwriting that can be easily adapted according to the type of creative briefs that are set
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • The ability to blend and complete tasks within a team, working together with colleagues to give the best work output possible
  • Confidence to develop, present and back your ideas to a group or team, yet finds feedback constructive to develop ideas further
