About The Role

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day trading of our website, optimising onsite performance, and ensuring commercial targets are met. A key part of the role will be managing our international storefronts via Shopify Markets, ensuring localisation and tailored customer experiences across regions.

This is a hands-on, mid-level role – perfect for someone with solid ecommerce experience who wants to step up and take real ownership in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily site performance, product merchandising, category structures, and navigation.
  • Execute and optimise weekly product drops, seasonal campaigns, and promotions.
  • Work closely with the Head of Merchandising to optimise sell-through and propose on-site actions to improve performance.
  • Manage Shopify Markets and international storefronts (currency, language, pricing, duties, tax).
  • Support the roll out of localised content and promotions to meet regional needs.
  • Monitor performance by territory, providing insights and recommendations for growth.
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations (e.g. shipping, returns, payments).
  • Analyse customer journeys, drop-off points, and site heatmaps to improve conversion.
  • Test and implement onsite changes to improve UX, AOV, and checkout performance.
  • Own weekly and monthly trade reporting, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Track KPIs including revenue, AOV, conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, and international sales mix.

  • Collaborate with brand and operations teams to ensure a premium customer journey.
  • Support improvements to shipping, returns, and fulfillment across domestic and international markets.
  • Work with creative and marketing teams to align product drops and site content.
  • Partner with paid and email teams to ensure campaigns are fully optimised for DTC and international audiences.
  • Manage and execute development plans with our agency partner, ensuring website improvements are delivered on time and to a high standard.

Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years’ experience in ecommerce or digital trading, ideally in fashion or lifestyle.
  • Hands-on Shopify (or similar platform) experience essential.
  • Experience managing Shopify Markets or international storefronts highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of localisation principles (currency, language, tax/duties, cultural nuances).
  • Data-driven mindset with confidence using Google Analytics/Looker/Excel.
  • Strong commercial awareness – able to react quickly to trading performance.
  • Understanding of CRO, UX, and SEO principles.
  • A proactive, hands-on approach – able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion, culture, and the Sisters & Seekers brand.
