You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. About The Role
We are looking for a Retouch Manager to take ownership of all image output across the Sisters & Seekers brand, ensuring a consistently high standard across eCommerce, campaigns, and all customer-facing channels. This is not a traditional retouching role. You will act as the guardian of image quality, overseeing and delivering retouching across all imagery while also supporting wider creative output and temporarily overseeing elements of the graphics team. This role is key in ensuring all visual content meets brand standards across colour, consistency, finish and overall presentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Retouching & Image Quality
- Own and deliver retouching across:
- eCommerce imagery
- campaign imagery
- still life and creative shoots
- paid and social content
- colour grading
- skin tones
- lighting and finish
- overall brand aesthetic
- Act as the final quality check across all visual assets
- Ensure imagery aligns with brand direction before going live
- Support creative approvals alongside the design team
- Maintain consistency across all outputs, ensuring a premium finish
- Provide feedback to designers on imagery and final outputs
- Support the graphics team in maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist in managing workflow and output standards during a transitional period
- Help ensure work is delivered to the expected level across all touchpoints
- Work closely with campaign, marketing and design teams to align imagery with campaign and brand direction
- Support shoots with clear retouching direction and expectations
- Ensure all visual output reflects both creative intent and commercial needs
About You
Essential
- Strong experience in high-end retouching within fashion or eCommerce
- Advanced Photoshop skills and a strong understanding of image processing
- Excellent eye for detail, colour and consistency
- Experience working across both eCommerce and campaign imagery
- Strong understanding of brand-led visual standards

- Experience overseeing or managing creative output
- Experience working in a fast-paced fashion or eCommerce environment
- Understanding of how imagery performs across digital channels
