You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Data & BI Manager to lead the development of our internal data capabilities and deliver clear, actionable insights across the business.

This is a key role for someone who is excited by the opportunity to build a modern data stack from the ground up, connect business systems, and enable smarter decision-making across trading, marketing, product, and finance.

What you will do:

Data Infrastructure & Integration

  • Build and manage our internal data stack using connector tools such as Weld.app (or similar).
  • Integrate and unify data sources across Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Klaviyo, and inventory systems.
  • Design and maintain a structured, scalable data environment to support accurate reporting and analytics.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and reliability across systems.

Business Intelligence & Reporting

  • Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
  • Deliver regular performance reporting across business functions (e.g. revenue, channel performance, product performance).
  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests with clear, commercially focused outputs.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and operational teams.

Strategic Insight & Performance Measurement

  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and product teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, trading trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Define and maintain core business KPIs, from customer acquisition cost (CAC) to sell-through and retention metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, optimise spend, and enhance product and channel performance.

We\’d love to meet someone with:

  • Strong experience with data integration tools such as Weld.app, Fivetran, Stitch, or Airbyte.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modelling, and data pipeline best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience building dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce and marketing data ecosystems (e.g. Shopify, Klaviyo, Meta Ads, TikTok Shop, Amazon).
  • Commercially minded with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working in a fashion, retail, or DTC eCommerce brand is essential.
  • Comfortable operating as a solo data hire in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • The ability to work in office full-time ( CH5).
