  • Respond to ad-hoc data requests with clear, commercially focused outputs.
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and operational teams.

Strategic Insight & Performance Measurement

  • Work closely with marketing, eCommerce, and product teams to evaluate campaign effectiveness, trading trends, and customer behaviour.
  • Define and maintain core business KPIs, from customer acquisition cost (CAC) to sell-through and retention metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion, optimise spend, and enhance product and channel performance.

  • Commercially minded with the ability to connect data to business outcomes.
  • Confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Previous experience working in a fashion, retail, or DTC eCommerce brand is essential.
