You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos!

About The Role

The Motion & Performance Designer is responsible for creating scroll-stopping, platform-native creative for paid channels and broader digital marketing outputs. The role combines strong design fundamentals with motion/video capability, supporting high-volume asset production, rapid iteration, and creative testing. This role is highly collaborative with performance and social teams, and is expected to work quickly while maintaining brand standards and continuously improving the effectiveness of creative outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Paid Creative (Performance Output)
    • Create paid creative for Meta, TikTok, and other acquisition/retargeting channels.
    • Design and build performance-led creative that balances brand storytelling with direct response outcomes.
    • Produce creative variations to support structured testing (hooks, thumbnails, formats, messaging).
  • Motion & Video Creative
    • Create video ad assets for paid social using a mix of:
    • Motion graphics
    • Cut-down edits
    • Creator/UGC adaptations
    • Text overlays, subtitles and call-outs
    • Deliver platform-native formats (9:16, 1:1, 4:5), optimised for mobile-first viewing.
  • Creative Testing & Iteration
    • Work in a test-and-learn approach to improve output performance over time.
    • Collaborate with performance teams to react quickly to results and create improved iterations.
    • Maintain an organised library of creative variations and learnings.
    • Support wider channel design needs where relevant (website promos, social assets, product pushes).
    • Ensure creative is consistent with brand tone, visual identity and seasonal direction.
  • Brand Quality & Speed
    • Deliver high-quality creative quickly without compromising on brand standards.
    • Maintain consistent typography, layout hierarchy and brand feel across a high volume of outputs.

  • Paid creative output increases in speed and volume without loss of quality.
  • Ads show improved performance indicators over time (CTR, thumb-stop rate, CPA/ROAS contribution).
  • Creative testing becomes structured and repeatable, with clear learning loops.
  • Strong collaboration with growth and social teams, with clear priorities and fast delivery.

About You

  • 3–6+ years experience designing for digital channels (fashion/lifestyle preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance creative best practices.
  • Motion/video capability to produce ad-ready video content at pace.
  • Experience working with UGC / creator content and adapting for paid.
  • Understanding of platform creative specs, safe zones, and best practices.
  • Ability to support photography assets, cut-downs, and basic grading/treatment.

Tools / Capability

  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Plus at least one of After Effects, Premiere Pro or CapCut
