You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos!

About The Role

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the wider design function by producing high-quality, on-brand assets across digital channels. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants to develop strong creative fundamentals, learn how a high-growth brand operates, and build confidence working across multiple marketing touchpoints. You’ll support campaign rollouts, resizing, template adaptations, and asset production to increase output and protect senior designers’ time for higher-impact work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the rollout of campaign creative across multiple formats and channels.
  • Create resizes, adaptations, exports and asset variations.
  • Assist with website assets, emails, and social creative as required.
  • Work within brand templates and toolkits to produce consistent output.
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in formatting, typography, and layout.
  • Ensure correct file setup and exports for channel requirements.

Team Support & Development

  • Respond quickly to requests from the design team during busy trading periods.
  • Learn and improve through feedback, coaching and active review.
  • Support basic content edits and simple motion where appropriate.

About You

  • 0–2 years experience (or strong internship/freelance portfolio).
  • Strong design fundamentals and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to learn and take feedback positively.
  • Basic motion / video skills (even simple edits is a plus).
  • Experience using templates and adapting creative quickly.

Tools / Capability

  • Basic knowledge of Figma (preferred but not required).
