You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. About The Role
The Influencer Executive plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the influencer and creator programme. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role focused on executing the influencer pipeline, ensuring smooth gifting + content delivery, and helping scale creator activity to drive awareness, engagement, and revenue. You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and obsessed with detail - helping maintain a best-in-class influencer programme that feels premium, on-brand, and efficient internally.
Key Responsibilities
- Influencer & Creator Support: Support the Influencer Manager with daily influencer outreach and relationship management. Help identify and build lists of potential creators (UK + International) that align with the brand. Manage the influencer pipeline (who we’ve contacted, who’s confirmed, who’s posted, who needs chasing). Support creator onboarding and ensure all key info is captured correctly (address, sizing, handle, platform, content expectations etc.).
- Gifting & Product Coordination: Support the gifting process end-to-end, including: Track gifting deliveries and resolve issues quickly (missing parcels, incorrect items, delays).
- Content Tracking & Follow-Ups: Track content delivery against timelines and monitor influencer activity. Ensure content is shared back to the team and saved correctly for reuse. Log post links, screenshots, and performance results where possible (views, likes, comments, sales etc.).
- Admin, Reporting & Organisation: Maintain accurate influencer tracking sheets (Google Sheets / Excel). Support with general reporting. Help keep campaign calendars and influencer activity aligned with key launches and brand moments.
- Brand Protection & Quality Control: Ensure creators align with brand tone, values, and visual identity. Flag any content that feels off-brand, low quality, or misaligned. Ensure the influencer programme feels premium and consistent in execution.
- Additional Support: Assist with creator contracts / usage rights where required. Support event/activation influencer invites (if relevant). Work closely with Social + Content teams to make sure influencer content is reused effectively across paid and organic.

- Gifting is organised, accurate and delivered on time.
- Content is tracked properly and consistently delivered.

About You
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail (non-negotiable).
- Confident communicator (DMs, email, WhatsApp, follow-ups).

- Strong admin skills (Google Sheets/Excel, tracking, calendars).
