About The Role

You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level.

We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world.

We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ.

This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral Tik Tok videos!

Key Responsibilities

  • Ecommerce & Trading
  • Own the ecommerce strategy, ensuring the website delivers against revenue, profitability and customer experience objectives.
  • Lead the day-to-day trading of the website, monitoring performance, identifying opportunities and responding quickly to trading trends.
  • Develop and deliver the ecommerce roadmap, prioritising enhancements that improve customer experience and commercial performance.
  • Optimise onsite merchandising, navigation, search, product pages and checkout to maximise conversion and average order value.
  • Deliver regular trading reports, providing insight into performance and clear actions to drive growth.
  • CRM
  • Own the CRM strategy, delivering campaigns that increase customer engagement, repeat purchase and lifetime value.
  • Develop customer segmentation and personalised customer journeys across email and app push.
  • Build automated lifecycle programmes including welcome, browse abandonment, basket abandonment, post-purchase and win-back journeys.
  • Monitor CRM performance, continually testing and optimising campaigns to improve engagement and revenue contribution.
  • Customer Experience & Optimisation
  • Champion a seamless end-to-end customer journey across all digital touchpoints.
  • Use data, analytics and customer insight to identify opportunities to improve conversion, customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with Customer Service to understand customer feedback and implement improvements.
  • Partner with Marketing, Buying, Creative and Operations to ensure campaigns, product launches and promotions are executed effectively.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners where required.
  • Lead and develop the Ecommerce and CRM function, creating a high-performing team focused on continuous improvement and commercial success.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an ecommerce leadership role within fashion, retail or a high-growth consumer brand.
  • Strong commercial understanding of ecommerce trading, merchandising and CRM.
  • Experience managing Shopify Plus (or a similar ecommerce platform) and CRM platforms such as Klaviyo.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using ecommerce reporting tools to inform decision-making.
  • Experience improving conversion, customer retention and lifetime value through testing and optimisation.
  • A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
