You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos!
About The Role
- Own the operational integrity of the website and continuously improve customer journeys to drive conversion.
- Key Responsibilities
- Site Content Integrity (BAU Excellence)
- Own accuracy of:
- Product content
- Imagery
- Messaging across the site
- Conduct regular full-site audits to ensure:
- No incorrect or outdated content
- Seasonal relevance is maintained
- Manage the eCom Service Desk process, including:
- Logging requests from all departments
- Prioritising tasks
- Ensuring timely resolution
- Execute all site updates with a zero-error mindset
- Own the double-validation process:
- Pre-publish checks
- Post-publish verification
- Monitor and report on:
- Key customer journeys (e.g. landing → PDP → checkout)
- Heatmaps
- Session recordings
- Analytics
- Support the Senior eCom Manager in:
- Identifying site improvement opportunities
- Implementing enhancements (e.g. UGC, UX tweaks)
- Help maintain a backlog of improvements
Qualifications & Experience
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in fashion and retail.
- Hands-on experience managing product listings, including uploads, and updates on ecommerce platforms.
