You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. This position is a full-time role based in the office through Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to immerse yourself in the lively Sisters & Seekers team, experience staff and community events, and if you’re camera ready, to be a part of our viral TikTok videos!
About The Role
Own the day-to-day presentation of the website to ensure products are surfaced in the most commercially effective and brand-aligned way.
Key Responsibilities- Product Visibility & Ordering
- Own product ranking across:
- Collection pages
- Category pages
- Search results (where applicable)
- Out-of-stock products
- Fragmented size runs (“frag stock”)
- Conduct daily checks on key trading pages
- Conduct weekly full merchandising sweeps across the site
- Ensure:
- No dead products are being promoted
- Collections feel fresh and relevant
- Seasonal alignment is consistent
- Execute the approved merchandising framework set by the Senior eCom Manager.
- Balance:
- Commercial performance
- Campaign priorities
- Brand storytelling
- Manager lead image optimisation
- Run and report on A/B testing of imagery
- Continuously improve:
- Click-through rates
- Product engagement
- Ensure campaigns are:
- Properly represented in collections
- Supported through product ordering and visibility
- Marketing
- Creative
- eCom Manager
- 2+ years of experience, ideally in fashion and retail.
- A strong understanding of online trading and merchandising.
