You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. About The Role

The CRM Executive plays a key role in strengthening customer relationships, driving repeat purchase behaviour and delivering engaging customer experiences across the Sisters & Seekers customer journey. Combining creativity with commercial and analytical thinking, this role is responsible for executing and optimising CRM and retention activity that supports brand growth, customer loyalty and lifetime value. Working closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Graphics and Customer Care teams, the role helps bring campaigns and collections to life through engaging customer communications, strong execution and data‑led insight. The successful candidate will be highly organised, commercially minded and passionate about fashion, customer experience and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of the CRM and retention strategy across customer lifecycle communications.
  • Plan, build and execute email and CRM campaigns aligned with trading, marketing and brand priorities.
  • Support automated lifecycle journeys including welcome, browse abandonment, cart abandonment, post purchase and re‑engagement flows.
  • Ensure CRM activity supports key launches, promotional moments and seasonal campaigns.
  • Maintain CRM campaign calendars and ensure all activity is delivered accurately and on time.

Campaign Planning & Creative Coordination

  • Own the briefing process for CRM creative, working closely with Graphics and Marketing teams to ensure campaign assets are aligned with brand direction and commercial priorities.
  • Brief and coordinate creative requirements for email and CRM campaigns, ensuring clear communication, deadlines and strong campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with Graphics teams to deliver engaging and visually compelling customer communications that reflect the Sisters & Seekers brand aesthetic.
  • Support campaign planning through coordination of messaging, product focus and customer targeting.
  • Ensure CRM communications maintain strong brand consistency, tone of voice and customer experience standards.
  • Develop and manage customer segmentation strategies to improve engagement and campaign effectiveness.
  • Use customer and behavioural data to support targeted and personalised communication strategies.
  • Identify retention opportunities and lifecycle improvements to drive repeat purchase and customer loyalty.
  • Work closely with eCommerce and Marketing teams to ensure CRM activity supports wider customer and commercial objectives.

Performance & Reporting

  • Monitor and report on CRM performance including open rates, click through rates, conversion, revenue and retention metrics.
  • Analyse customer behaviour and campaign performance to generate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Conduct testing and optimisation across subject lines, content, segmentation and send strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Support reporting on customer trends, retention performance and CRM contribution to overall business growth.
  • Maintain strong awareness of CRM best practice, competitor activity and evolving customer trends.

Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with eCommerce, Marketing, Graphics and Customer Care teams to ensure a holistic and consistent customer experience.
  • Share customer insight and feedback to support wider business decisions and customer understanding.
  • Contribute to a collaborative and commercially focused culture within the wider team.

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ years CRM, email marketing or retention experience, preferably within eCommerce or fashion retail.
  • Experience planning and executing CRM or email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo experience is beneficial, but not essential).
  • Experience briefing and collaborating with creative or graphics teams.
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and segmentation principles.
  • Experience reporting on campaign performance and applying insights to optimise results.
  • Experience working within a fast‑paced and commercially driven environment.
