You will be working for the high growth womenswear brand Sisters & Seekers within a creative and visionary team, all striving towards taking the brand to the next level. We are based near Chester but have a global reach with customers all over the world. We are looking for an ambitious, driven and passionate individual who is looking to develop their career in a dynamic and expanding team at Seekers HQ. About The Role

We’re looking for an organised, proactive, and commercially minded Assistant Buyer to support the end-to-end buying process across all product categories. You will play a key part in bringing new collections and product drops to life - supporting with admin, sample management, supplier communication, and ensuring all product information is accurate and up to date. This is a brilliant role for someone who wants to grow their career in Buying within a fast-paced, trend-driven, drops-led fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Administration & Support: Manage all product setup and data entry, ensuring information is accurate across systems, tech packs, and internal documents. Support the Senior Buyer / Buying team with preparing range boards, mood boards, and product selections for upcoming drops. Ensure all samples are tracked, organised, and available for fit sessions, sign-offs, and campaign shoots. Assist with the creation and maintenance of critical paths to ensure product timelines stay on track. Supporting Buyers with all BAU activity, alongside the ability to deputise in Buyer’s absence.
  • Supplier Communication & Coordination: Maintain day-to-day communication with suppliers regarding sample statuses, pricing, and general queries. Request, track, and chase samples across all stages (proto, SMS, PP). Support with collecting and comparing costings, ensuring accuracy before sign-off. Help prepare buy sheets, purchase orders, and approval documents for supplier issue. Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, supporting the Buyer with negotiations.
  • Range Development & Product Prep: Support design, buying, and merchandising during product selection and seasonal planning. Help prepare for internal meetings including product reviews, fit sessions, and campaign planning. Assist in maintaining fabric, trim, and colour libraries.
  • Drop Readiness & Cross-Functional Support: Work closely with Merchandising to ensure product data, pricing, colourways, and size ranges are aligned for each drop. Support eCommerce with product information, imagery requirements, and launch readiness. Work with Garment Tech to ensure samples are prepped for fits and technical feedback is tracked.
  • Reporting & Organisation: Update product trackers, sample trackers, and buying documents in line with team processes. Support with analysing competitor activity, trend reports, and key market insights. Assist with preparing documents for post-drop reviews and range learnings. Contribution to weekly trade meetings, offering valuable input with confidence.

About You

  • Previous experience in a Buying, Product, or Fashion Admin role is essential along with passion, organisation, and work ethic.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to keep several tasks moving at once in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident communicator with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Competent with spreadsheets, documents, and product data entry.
  • Interest in fashion trends, customer behaviour, and the Sisters & Seekers aesthetic.
  • A proactive, positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow in the buying function.

  • Smooth running of all buying admin, sample processes, and supplier communication.
  • Accurate product data and documentation across all internal systems.
  • Drops arriving fully prepared and on time, with all product information ready and aligned.
  • Proactive support contributing to efficient range development and seamless launches.
  • Becoming a reliable go-to member of the Buying team who contributes positively to the pace and standards of the function.
